EXPLANATIONS ON EVANGELISM AND RESTITUTION

God's blessings shall follow you, for taking the time to study.

TOPIC: EXPLANATIONS ON EVANGELISM AND RESTITUTION

TEXT: MARK 16: 15-20

MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4th

Key verse: Psalm 68:11 “The Lord gave the word, great was the company of those that published it.”
Question: Can a believer who evangelizes without winning a soul make heaven?
Answer: I think your problem is that you go about evangelism without wisdom because the Bible says he that winneth souls is wise. You are not applying wisdom in soul-winning. Otherwise, if you are wise and go out for evangelism in the way you say it, you will win souls. What are the various ways of winning souls? Winning souls is like catching fish from the river and there are various methods to be used in catching fish. Use various methods you will succeed. Get materials and send them out, some of these materials are very effective, get them and send them out. Buy the materials. With N500 you can buy some things and begin to send them out. Look for what to do, ask God for wisdom, ask others how they prosper in the evangelism, and do the same. You will see fruitfulness in your evangelism. If you have the mind to win souls, I congratulate you on that. Ask God for more grace.
Will you go to heaven if you are working and obeying the word of God only that you are not getting souls? If you are obeying the word of God and the ground is so hard and the Lord knows you are obeying God’s word; Holiness is obeying God’s word; if you are living a righteous life you will go to heaven.
Question. How can I do restitution on items taken when I was an unbeliever but some of the items are no more with me?
Answer: You should pay for them. You used them up so you should go and get them back and pay for them. Make a rational or reasonable estimation where you do not know the exact or actual cost and pay to the owners.

Thought for the day: Endeavour to have a conscience void of offense towards God and man.

Song for the day: Jesus loves me I cannot say why…

Bible reading for the day: Proverbs 5-6; 1 Corinthians 14:1-20

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
