THE STATE OF THE CHURCH NOW

God bless you for taking the time to study.

TOPIC: THE STATE OF THE CHURCH NOW

TEXT: Mark 7:6-9, 13
FRIDAY JANUARY 6th

KEY VERSE: Philippians 2:21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.
The present state of the world has affected the church greatly. As the world comes to an end, evil and wickedness have heightened. The Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) caused great devastation and desolation worldwide from which many nations are yet to fully recover. Moral decadence, widespread corruption, the collapse of societal norms and values, an upsurge in demonism, occultism, and witchcraft, aggravated inflation and severe economic depression, violent crimes, kidnapping, terrorism, and fanaticism are the order of the day
Isaiah 1: 4, 9, 15
4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
9 Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide my eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood his is the prevalence of apostasy and widespread backsliding and loss of doctrinal truth. Genuine repentance and sincere faith in Christ resulting in a life of righteousness and holiness have been abandoned for a false Christianity of prosperity, healing, signs, and wonders that has replaced Jesus Christ with accursed substances like aprons, handkerchiefs, water, oil, soap, sand, calendars, mantles, etc… which is another gospel. Pastors have a passion for vanities rather than a passion for souls. Traditions of men and doctrines of devils have replaced scriptural, apostolic doctrines.

Thought for the day: Divisions due to doctrinal differences are from the devil.

Song for the day: I have decided to follow Jesus

Bible reading for the day: Genesis 15-17; Matthew 5:27-48

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
