TOPIC: PLEA FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HOLINESS

FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD REMAIN BLESSED.

DATE: FRIDAY FEBRUARY 26

TOPIC: PLEA FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HOLINESS

TEXT: Luke 1:74-75
74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

KEY VERSE: Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.

I am pleading with you that you should be righteous and holy. The messengers of the Lord, ministers of the Lord are all pleading with you to be righteous and holy. Your leaders in the faith, your leaders in Holiness Revival Movement are pleading with you to be righteous and holy. I, Pastor Paul Rika, who has found grace in the sight of God to superintend over this Holiness Movement, I am pleading that you should be righteous and holy.

Your soul is also crying within you to return to righteousness and holiness. So in every respect there is a plea on you to return to righteousness and holiness. Please come back to righteousness and holiness. Please, remain in righteousness and holiness. Man is too prone to backsliding and forsaking the Lord. They forget so soon the acts of divine love, mercy and grace they have received from God. They forget too quickly.

That is one weakness in man. and Jesus said it in the book of John 2:23-25 “23Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in His Name, when they saw the miracles which he did. 24But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 25And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.” Jesus knew all men.

Man is not steadfast in what he knows or in the truth he has received. He would always want to turn away after sometime. This may not be general of all men, but majority of them do so. This is what we have found out about cows, goats, sheep and chickens. They are not like dogs. If you give food to dogs, they will remain there and eat to satisfaction even when they are not chained. This is not so with cows, goats or sheep. They eat here a little and move to another place.

Not because the food has finished there, but because it is in their nature to eat here a little, and move to another distance eat there a little, and move again. Part of this nature is found in man. He would not want to stay in one place even though everything he needs is there. He would want to move. He would want to try to explore other options. Brother, sister, stop seeking alternative to Jesus or His holy ministry. Any other alternative is for damnation.

Thought for the day: There is no alternative to Jesus or His righteousness.

Song for the day: I’d live for Jesus, day after day, I’d live for Jesus, let come what may…..

Bible reading for the day: Numbers 16-17; Mark 6:33-56. #Horemow

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
