Have A Right Attitude Towards God’s Word

Saturday 18th October

Text: 1 Corinthians 14: 24-26
Key verse: 1 Corinthians 14:26 How is it then, brethren? When ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine.
From our key verse, a psalm or a doctrine is the word of God. Some stand on the doctrine alone, to know only doctrine, the teaching of God’s word but every one of you has a psalm; even as you sing, you sing the word. You have a doctrine which is gotten from the written scriptures. Tongues and interpretation are prophetic while revelation is the revealed word. These are the forms the word takes. It says as you come to service, you will see various manifestations of the word of God.
Give place to it. Do not refuse singing; it is the word of God ministering to people. The doctrine quoted from scripture is the written word. Then tongues and interpretation of tongues are prophecy. That also is the word of God. and revelation. The Lord may come through dream, vision or revelation: The Lord took me to hell, heaven or to another city and showed me this or that. Bring it. it is the word of God in the church. Bring it, we need to hear. It is the word of God. So, let all things be done unto edifying. The psalm, doctrine, tongue and interpretation, prophecy will edify and build up the church of Christ.
Also, the revelations, dreams, visions will edify and build up the church of Christ. God has given us many things. They are all His words for our edification. You need it. You need to understand that it is very important so that you do not allow people to cause accident in your life. Many people have stayed away from the revealed word, saying that the Bible is enough for them. You are not really a full practicing Christian. You have access to revelation also because God manifests in many ways as we have seen in scripture.

Thought for the day: Let all things be done unto edifying.

Song for the day: Jesus is Alpha, Alpha and Omega

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.  Monday 10th November  Text: Jude 1: 2-5 Key verse: Jude 1: 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. The faith of Jesus has already been delivered and it is written in the scriptures. Whatever prophecies, revelations or dreams that comes must not be contrary to the standard in the scripture. They must speak the same thing. The testimony of Jesus is spirit of prophecy. Every prophecy or revelation must honour Jesus and must be according to the written word. Even where they are new things, they must not contradict because the Bible is a summary of the things Jesus did. The Bible cannot contain all things. It must be according to what the scripture has already signified, ...
