Cooperate With God To keep His House Clean and Holy

Saturday 11th October

Text: Titus 2: 1-8
Key verse: Titus 2: 6 “Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.”
You are commanded to add personal and church discipline to your ministry. The other leaders too who work with the minister should not exempt themselves from this act but cooperate with the minister to keep the brethren from sin and evil and to keep the church from being contaminated. Do you not see people committing sin in the church, doing evil, bringing death and damnation to the church? God opened your eyes to see as Phinehas; to see that man bringing the woman to the camp for immorality and you said nothing about it. Your Christianity is gone; your name is out of the book of life. You are no more a Christian in the sight of God. The zeal of the church of God is not in your life.
You do not have godly jealousy over the house of God. That is why you saw a sinner, one of the leaders, committing adultery; he even came to you as a woman requesting for sex: talking to you, caressing you for immorality and you did not cry out against him. You did not carry the matter forward to say that a corrupter is among the leaders of the church. You kept quiet and said nothing. You are gone; Do you think God is playing in the church? Jesus is crying every day because of sinners; because of the rebellious nature of people. Man is so rebellious. They eat from His hands and abuse Him. He gives them grace and they abuse the grace. You who say you love Jesus came across these stubborn people, these secret sinners and spared them saying, “I do not want them to blame me.” You are blamed by God!
Your Christian life has no record. You have no dignity of Christianity. You are not a dignified child of God. You do not have the zeal of your Father in your life, otherwise you would have revealed the sinner. Whether the sinner is your husband, or wife, or child, or friend, you would have revealed him or her. This is because all eyes are on Jesus, not protecting man but the name of Jesus. We do not defend man but Jesus. If you will defend man at all, then it is for Jesus’ sake. If you do any service to man at all, then it is for Jesus’ sake. If you love man, it is for Jesus’ sake. Why then do you protect a man against Jesus?

Thought for the day: Let us work together to ensure that we keep the church clean.

Song for the day: In the presence of God, Alleluia joy

Bible reading for the day: Matthew 25-26

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2)

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2) Wednesday 15th October TEXT: Titus 3: 3-6   Key verse: Titus 3: 6 “Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.” I remember I was in Sao Tome and Principe as a deeper life national overseer and I was writing the book, “Divine Revelation of God’s Holiness and Judgment.” The vision the Lord gave to Michael Sambo. I was translating it into a book, with the scriptural backups to make it a sound evangelistic book. I saw that truly the world is doomed. What will I say about those who have not known Jesus among the 7 billion people on earth; those who do not even have anything to do with Him? Do I speak of the billions in Asia without understanding of Jesus? Out of the 1.4 billion in India, they are struggling to record 150 million Christians including Catholics.  Who knows Jesus then? Even among Pentecosta...
