MARITAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE UNMARRIED

TEXT: JOHN 17: 14-15
THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 22nd

Key verse: Jeremiah 29: 11 For I know the thoughts I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Just as Jesus prayed His Father to protect His disciples in this ravenous world, He has also prayed for you that God will not allow the devil to give his daughter to you to marry. He has prayed that God should keep your marital life clean as you listen to His word. This can be done through the word spoken unto you. Your ways are made clean when you take the word of God taught to you. Your ways will be clean and your marriage also will be according to the will of God.
If you do not marry in the will of God, you are already inhibiting your future. If you are not careful the spouse you marry might become a hindrance to your going to heaven. So let your journey into marriage be according to the will of God. Don’t take wrong marital approach. The people of the world have their own approaches. Don’t follow them.
1. Avoid boyfriend and girlfriend relationship, James 4:4
2. Do not follow parental selection without divine approval, Genesis 24:50
3. Avoid traditional taboos, Matthew 15: 3, Colossians 2: 8
4. Don’t hurriedly marry someone abroad, Proverbs 20:21
5. Don't succumb to contract marriage, 1 Timothy 1: 10
6. Don't elope or run away with an intending marriage partner, Proverbs 28:1
7. Don’t remarry after first scriptural marriage, 1 Corinthians 7: 10-11

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
