HOW TO RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE AND PRESERVE IT
TEXT: JOHN 3:3-21

Key verse: “But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep
all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.”
(Ezekiel 18:21).

The way of salvation from sin and hellfire is revealed in the scripture. If you follow the path of salvation shown in the scripture, you will surely be saved. God has never predestined you to eternal damnation. He is merciful to you. Therefore, for your salvation from sin and hellfire, firstly, you must accept that you have sinned against God through disobeying His commandments. You have done many evil things against God, against yourself and your fellow men. By your sins and wicked deeds, which may be many or few, you are justly condemned by God and are in the number of those doomed for everlasting destruction in Hellfire.

However, God is a merciful God who freely forgives the sin of those that repent and seek His forgiveness. Confess your sins to Him, repent of them and plead with Him to forgive you. Jesus Christ is the only One that can save from sin. You cannot stop sinning by your power without Him. Welcome Him into your life to give you the power to overcome sin. When Jesus comes into your life, He will save you from sin and give you the power of righteousness. Jesus is the universal Saviour from sin. When you give your life to Jesus Christ, your sins will be forgiven and you will be given a new life from God.

Your name will be entered into the Book of Life in heaven. Surely, you will not want to start committing new sins and to get your name removed from the Book of Life. After salvation by God, you must determine to continue in Christ by living a righteous life every day to the end of your life on earth. Make sure you have a good Bible. You will need to study your Bible regularly and pray always to God for His grace to live the victorious Christian life. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth, obey Him. Do not be afraid of man and be not ashamed of following Jesus. Dissociate from evil friends and relationships.

Thought for the day: Are you saved from sin? Are you truly born again?
Song for the day: Thank you for saving me, thank you, my Lord.
Bible reading for the day: Ezekiel 1-3; Hebrews 9

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
