HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS

FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD REMAIN BLESSED.

HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS

MAY Sunday 23rd

TEXT: 1 THESSALONIANS 2:10-13

Key verse: “And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offense toward God, and towards men” Acts 24:16.

Some erroneously believe that no one can be holy. They do not understand the full implication of scriptures that exhort on living in holiness and righteousness. How will you appear before Heaven and discover that you still have a little sin in you which will hinder your entrance into the kingdom of God? It is possible to live holy all the days of your life. In 1Thesslonians 2:10, Ye are witnesses and God also, how holy and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe. Let us take our holiness to the level of God’s approval so He can confidently say you are righteous and holy.

God approved Daniel, Job, Noah, Enoch, and their righteousness. Job 1: 8, And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?  Let God and those around you give the approval. Do not take any accusation against you lightly; you may be playing with your life. Jesus Christ died for the church; that He might get it to himself without spot or wrinkle and any such thing? Be ye perfect, even as your Father who is in Heaven is perfect.

Make it a purpose of heart and duty to live without blame. You have to make it a daily plan that when you wake up, you will not sin. Do not forget that Divine camera is on you. We believe you will not want God to find you with any faults. Thank God, He is faithful and is not looking for how to destroy you. His aim is to save you because this is not yet the time of destruction. This is the time of salvation. God is Holiness; He is the one reviving the people and He is doing it worldwide. Remove those things from your life and let us serve God in righteousness and holiness. Holiness and righteousness in daily living can be achieved by sound devotional life and meditation on God’s word and commitment to personal prayer.

Thought for the day: Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

Song for the day: Holiness is the beauty of believer, Lord I want to Be holy

Bible reading for the day:

1 Chronicles 8-10; John 8:37-59

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
