FREEDOM FROM SIN AND SATANIC POWER

MAY Thursday 27th

TEXT: EPHESIANS 2:1-3

Key Verse: Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Eph 2:3

Sin and Satan is the great damnable plagues of men on earth. Remove sin and Satan, man will have the comfort of life, man will have a wonderful relationship with God and relate wonderfully with his neighbours and enjoy the creation of God, but sin and Satan have brought man under the judgment of God. Satan tempts man to commit sin, rules man in sin and takes a man to hell. The Bible says the soul that sinneth it shall die. Anything that is sweet to you like alcohol will damn your soul eternally to hell. What is sin? It is something that makes you feel fine in your body. Immorality makes you feel fine in your body. Sin is something that promotes your life. Witchcraft, evil power promotes your life. Sin is something that makes success cheap in your life. You don’t suffer for what you steal. You’ll not suffer if you use to lie to possess what you have. You can see what sin can do but the end of sin is death.

Satan came to steal, kill and destroy in hellfire. The aim of Satan is eternal destruction in hellfire. Satan knows that he has been condemned to the eternal lake of fire and he does not want to go there alone but must carry human beings along, and the way to carry men along is to bring in to them. To make them sin against God and God will be displeased with them and send them to hell. Because of this Jesus came to save man from sin and Satanic power and from eternal doom. Jesus came to destroy sin in your life and the works of Satan. He came to deliver man from the hand of Satan. These should be the teaching of every preacher God has called to preach. His mind should be to rescue man from sin and Satan. If your preaching succeeds to deliver man from sin and Satan, then you are a true preacher indeed. The purpose of our calling into Christian ministry is to rescue man from sin and Satan. If this is not your focus, you have failed in ministry.

Thought for the day: Focus in ministry to rescue men from sin and Satan.

Song for the day: Mercy Oh Lord (2x) Father show us your mercy…

Bible Reading for the day: 1 Chronicles 20-22; John 10:22-42

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
