THERE IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANOINTING AND HOLINESS. SUNDAY OCTOBER 29
TEXT: HEBREWS 12: 12-17
Key Verse: “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance” Romans 11:29.
If righteousness and holiness can be added to your service, you will be a vessel unto honour made for the master's use, qualified for the master's use, ready to be with Him and to serve Him forever. If you are not connected with God in righteousness and holiness, how will you get to heaven for your reward for the great service? Are you a beautiful bride of Christ without character? Or are you the beautiful bride of Christ with questionable character? A beautiful woman that has no character is like a jewel in the nose of a pig. Are you the beautiful bride of Christ with sin? The husband of the beautiful woman with good character will be a fortunate husband. Bride of Christ, is your husband happy with you? Anointing is different from Holiness. Service is for the earth and holiness is for heaven. You can be operating in service and still have some hidden sins; envy, malice, bitterness, contention, unforgiveness, pride, anger, rage, lust, greed, hatred etc. Service is for the earth but it is Holiness that qualifies for heaven. Our Emphasis should not be on power but on Holiness. Power is for service on earth. What takes one to heaven is Holiness. Take care of your soul, this body shall perish on earth and can be in hell but your soul is the one that can go to heaven and what your soul need now is righteousness and Holiness. There is a difference between anointing and Holiness, service and anointing is different from Holiness. Rom. 11: 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. The gifts and calling of God is without repentance. God will not withdraw his gifts in you because you put on a ring, or wear trouser, no. But he will never give you heaven or take you there, heaven is for purity. In a great house there are not only vessels of honour but vessel of dishonour but altogether, all are vessels. Where do you belong, do you think God doesn't keep record? He knows how you treat your wife at home, and he also knows how you do to your husband. God knows what you do in the school, the cheating in Examinations, work place, business etc. has removed your name in the book of life. You have great service but you are not holy. Service and anointing is different from Righteousness and Holiness.
Thought for the day: Service and Calling ends on earth; Righteousness and Holiness takes one to heaven.
Song for the day: Open my eyes O Lord.
Bible Reading for the day: Jeremiah 25-26; 2 Timothy 3

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
