WALK WORTHY OF THE LORD.  WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25
TEXT: EPHESIANS 4: 1-3
Key verse: “Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe” 1Thessalolians 2:10.
As a Christian pilgrim, rely not on your works, rely not on your achievements, rely not on your gifts, have no confident of life because you are righteous. Let him that glory, glory that he knoweth me, saith the Lord. Be warned:  Are you a pastor, a teacher, a preacher, a worker in the church or given a position of promiance to serve the nation, to serve humanity? Work worthy of that calling. Accompany that calling with holiness, so you can be a full blessing to those you serve and you can received full blessing. 1Thessalonians 2:10 Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe: live a holy life. Be careful in the management of money, Be careful in your relationship with women. Be careful in regulating your though and mind. Work worthy of the Christian service so you will be a vessel unto honour. Act 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. You have to exercise, fight, labour, and strive against anger, pride and envy because, envy in you will not want somebody to do or be more than you. In faith pray against envy, lust, covetousness, bitterness, hatred, forgiveness, etc. Work hard to be sure no evil is in your life. If somebody wants to make himself your enemy, try to avoid it. Calculate the words of your mouth. That is holiness. Be warned, Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 1Corinthians 3:13 Every man's work shall be made manifest for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. All works of pride, showing up, personal gain, shall all be burned with fire. Are you holy, righteous and pure? Otherwise you will not enter heaven. In holiness and righteousness, everything goes into examination. The God of heaven will open the door of holiness for you that you will worship him with understanding. Make a choice to follow this righteous God according to his principles. Make a choice that you will never serve God with sin in your life. God bless you.
Thought for the day: Regulate your thoughts in righteousness

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
