For taking your to study remain blessed. BE CAREFUL IN COMMITTING YOURSELF TO PLEDGING MONDAY FEBRUARY 6 TEXT: ECCLESIASTES 5:1-6 Key verse: “Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about Him bring presents unto Him that ought to be feared” Psalms 76:11. Do not make vow or pledge in a rush; ponder well before doing so. Do not commit yourself to pledging an amount which you have no ability or opportunity to redeem. Do not specify a time limit which you are uncertain of. Do not submit to force or pressure to make a vow or pledge. Firmly resist vowing if you are not willing or convinced to do so. When you make a vow or pledge ensure that you redeem it, because it is a sin to vow and not redeem it. If it is applicable, let an “If” be in your promise, as, “I will give this or do this if…” 2 Corinthians 8:12-13, For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened .In case of some accidents of life you are sincerely incapable of redeeming your vow or pledge contact the church for their consideration and Spirit guided decision. Apostle Paul lamented because of these preachers that misrepresent God. (Philippians 3:17-19). His free offer of salvation and blessings through Christ are made “for sale” by these preachers. Jesus declared that He came to preach the gospel to the poor. But these preachers deprive the poor of Christ’s gospel because they have no money to buy it. Unfortunately the poor do not have money and so cannot benefit from Him. Certainly they are not of God, but of the devil. Many of them use demonic power to heal the sick and do their commercial miracles. They specialize on the use of handkerchiefs, anointing oil, holy water and other physical substances. The salvation, healing, deliverance, miracles and all blessings of God are free and cannot be bought with your money. It is a sin in the sight of God to offer money for them, Acts 8:20. Seek the salvation and blessing of God through genuine repentance, righteous and holy living, faith on the promises of God and on the name of Jesus, restitution of past wrongs, praying together with righteous brethren, receiving prayers from true men and women of God. Thought for the day: They do as if the God they present to people can only be pleased with money. Song for the day: Oh Lord I am very very grateful, for all You have done for me… Bible reading for the day: Exodus 39-40 Matthew 24:1-22 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
