FACE YOUR MOUNTAIN AND REMOVE IT SUNDAY FEBRUARY 26 TEXT: DEUTERONOMY 28:1-13 Key verse:“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” Mark 11:23. Patience, endurance and courage are very essential in life. A believer facing some difficulties in life will have to encourage himself. However, you need to examine well the matter you are passing through in order to know what you are expected to do about the problem. You may be waiting and enduring in your problem due to ignorance, fear, indecision or laziness. What is required is a right action to be taken. Arise for action and heaven shall support you and others will be blessed by you. Jesus revealed that believers are imparted with the power of victory over Satan and his evil kingdom, Luke 10;19. Jesus exhorted His disciples to faith in God and that a believer should face his mountain with the command of faith. Decree against your difficulties and God shall establish it.“ Call upon me in the day of trouble. In such time you may find yourself confused, afraid, in pains, threatened etc. All you need is to call upon God and He will give you a testimony called “Go forward” The enemies were pursuing the children of Israel. But God said they should ‘go forward.’ Lift up the rod of prayer and stretch the rod of faith over your problems and they shall part or depart from you in Jesus name. Very often we look to God, pray to Him and wait for our blessings from Him. This is a good thing to do. We need to be obedient to the word of God, fulfill what is required and we shall be blessed. When you obey God’s word, the promises and blessings of the word become yours. The blessings of giving; in tithes, in offering, in support for the gospel work, charity, love and kind gestures are great. Those who have found work to do must give attention to their work; spend time in their work, think through for new innovations, apply new ideas for improvement and expansion. Those who have not gotten work should look for it; ask, seek and knock for job opportunity before God and men. When you obey God’s word and practice righteousness, you will reap abundant reward, open doors and much more. Thought for the day: Arise, face your mountains and remove them out of your way, in Jesus name. Song for the day: In the word of God there is power, in the name of Jesus every knee shall bow… Bible reading for the day: Numbers 16-17 Mark 6:33-56 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
