Marriage Is A Lifelong Relationship
Text: Romans 7:2-3

Sunday 11th January

Key verse: Proverb 5:18 “Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.”
God is the author of marriage institution. God expects that the relationship in the marriage institution should be for life and not to be truncated in the lifetime of any of the spouses. Our key verse says, “the wife of your youth”, meaning that as you are growing up, be careful who to marry or get married to, because that man or woman will not just come for a while and later be discarded. The scriptures reveal that you are bound with her for a lifetime, which is until one of you dies. Brother, the matter is so demanding that you cannot use her and throw her away. Sister, the institution is so demanding that when you enter into it you cannot abandon it and run away. It therefore means that as you are growing up as a young man, aspiring to get married, know that God wants you to enjoy life with the wife of your youth at all stages of your life, whether at age 30, 40, 60, or even 80, as long as you have the strength; so she is the wife of your youth, except she dies and another one has to come in. Otherwise, it is that one the Lord is talking about.
Any woman outside, apart from this wife of your youth is a stranger. Proverbs 5:20 says “And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?” Why must you embrace the heart and breasts of a strange woman to your own heart? God said that He gave that right only to you on the woman of your youth. Similarly, “My daughter, why would you embrace a strange man and give your heart and your breasts to a stranger; a strange man who is not the husband that married you in your youth in the right sense of marriage?” The emphasis here is that there is no second wife or second husband in marriage as long as your first spouse is alive.

Thought For The Day: If God is behind your marriage, there will be peace and joy.

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
