God Is A God Of Discipline

Text: 1 Corinthians 5: 1 - 2 
Key verse: Proverbs 3: 11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of His correction: 
God is a God of discipline otherwise Satan would not have been cast out of heaven. God is a God of discipline otherwise Nebuchadnezzar would not have become an animal in the bush for seven years. God is the God of discipline otherwise Herod would not have been stricken down and eaten by worms immediately. Be ready to discipline the church in righteousness. God is a God of discipline otherwise Barjesus would not have been stricken blind. God is a God of discipline otherwise Miriam would not have had leprosy. He wants us to discipline the church, discipline the people, sanctify His church, and cleanse His church.
Every son submits to his father's chastening. If you are a son, you should submit to discipline. If discipline comes on you and you refuse, then you are a bastard and not a son. Thank God you reject discipline so that we can know that you are a bastard and have no place with us because every son submits to his father’s chastening. If you are a child of God, you will receive His discipline. Even if you say, it is a mistake, submit until the Lord sets you free. You will come to rejoice later because God will add to you. He will bless you for your submission and humility. Therefore submit. Let this discipline spirit rule the Church, rule Holiness Movement and rule disciplinary Congregation.
Be orderly and decent. Discipline is required. Submit yourself to it. All are partakers of it for holiness. Leaders, do so too; it will work out righteousness for you. Though you may think that you are humiliated, it shall turn to promotion, and shall turn to your glory. Check the dressing of the people. If you see anybody with wrong dressing, go and correct her. Do not leave her uncorrected. If there is any wrong behavior get it corrected. Any misbehavior? Report it. There must be order and discipline. Let there be discipline in your ministry. You must submit to training and discipline to be able to conquer.
