WHERE IS THE STOREHOUSE OF GOD?

God's blessings shall follow you, for taking the time to study.

TOPIC:  WHERE IS THE STOREHOUSE OF GOD?

TEXT:  MALACHI 3:8-10

SUNDAY JUNE 18TH

KEY VERSE: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name there am I in the midst of them.”  Matthew 18:20.
It is a settled matter that giving of tithes to God is a divine injunction that is binding on all children of God today and not so doing is tantamount to robbing God (Malachi 3:8). It had been in practice before the Law of Moses and did not cease with the abolition of the Law of Moses as first fruits which came up during the law and got abolished along with the law. The next issue, therefore is, “Where is the storehouse of God?”
From the above verse, it should be evident that the Store House of God is the house of God. The house of God is a place where two or three are gathered together in the name of the Lord for His worship (Matthew 18:20). It is a place where the truth about God and His righteous ways as contained in the Holy Scripture, is upheld and taught to mankind (1 Timothy 3:15). Summarily, it is where people go to seek the living God in faith and prayer for the purpose of receiving blessings, salvation, righteousness, gifts of the Holy and eternal life. In this gospel dispensation, the storehouse or the house of God consists of all Christian churches and ministries which operate in accordance with God's word, some are denominational and some are interdenominational.
Undoubtedly all the various ministries the Lord has raised are essential to the church and the world. Therefore, God desires all of them to be supported. The Great Commission is not the work of one denomination, ministry, or man of God, rather we are all to work together as a team to achieve it. Pray to God therefore to help you locate His storehouse appropriate for your service/tithes at all times. Let God use you and lead you to the appropriate place your money or tithes should be given. Don't be denominational in serving God with your resources.

Thought for the day:  The church of God is one; no denomination in heaven.

Song for the day: O Lord I am very, very grateful for all you have done for me.

Bible reading for the day: Nehemiah 7-8; Acts 3 #Horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
