TOPIC: THE HOLY MAN IS A MAN OF FAITH

TEXT:  Isaiah 50:7-10

Key verse: Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

The just will stand and leans on God. He relies on God and trusts in God. That is what makes them just live.

1 Thessalonians 2:10 Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe.

Apostle Paul could boldly and confidently declare that he belonged to God because he was a just man.  In whatever situation and circumstance of life, Paul was able to live through it because he was a just man.

During the turbulence at sea when his life was at great risk, Paul said he believed with unwavering and unshakeable faith that what God had told him would surely come to pass – they will all arrive safely (Acts 27:22-24).

As long as it was God that said it, the matter was settled.  Has God spoken concerning any area of your life?  As long as it is God, move forward with confidence even if the situation seems contrary.

As a personal testimony, I am running my pastoral ministry with confidence based on what God has told me.  I am doing it with full assurance because I know that the God whom I serve will never fail me.

Because of God's love for the just, He will not allow the challenges of life to overwhelm him.  To the just man God has promised:

“I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee” (Jeremiah 31:3).

The just man is a child the Father can never forsake.  The Father can never throw him in the wilderness of life and abandon him there. He can never leave him in the drowning ocean or abandon him in the dark moments of his life.

The just man knows that the Father loves, cherishes, and cares for him.  He knows that the compassion of his Father is upon him. Therefore, in whatever situation of his life, his heavenly Father will arise in love and compassion to deliver him.

That is the confidence of the just man.  That is what motivates the just man to face all the adversities of life without giving up. He is not afraid of the roaring lions because he knows his loving Father is always there for him.

Thought for the day: Those who put their faith in God shall be like mount Zion that cannot be moved.

Song for the day: Let the Lord have His way…put your hands in His hands and let…..

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
