TOPIC: WE DRESS FOR NATURAL IDENTITY AND AS HOLY CHRISTIANS

TEXT: DEUTERONOMY 22:5

KEY VERSE: REVELATIONS 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold

We dress for natural identity as a man or woman created by God. The woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man. That which you put upon shall identify you as a pastor. Now you have some dresses are unisex or cannot differentiate you as a male minister. Don't go for that as a holy minister.

Your trousers resemble that of the women in the world. You know that you are a man but the trousers’ shape is like that of the women in the world. That is abominable! When you dress, the clothes you put on; the shirt, trousers, anything, should not be mixed up.

It should not be misunderstood that it is feminine when it should be masculine. So, you should be identified from behind, from the front, from the sides, that this is a man, that this is a holy minister. This is what Deuteronomy 22 verse 5 is saying.

We dress to be identified for our group, the work we do or for class identity or as a uniform. Christians have their uniform, which is holy uniform.

Now if you look at Revelation chapter 4 verse 4, something there is easily discernible. Verse 4 says that the 24 elders were “clothed in white raiment”. I have never heard that somebody appeared in the gate of heaven and was let in with red garment or black garment. Have you ever heard that? You will always hear of white garment, although it is a heavenly uniform.

But what about on earth? Believers should have their uniform in the choir, in this group, in that group. How are you identified by your dressing? There should not be disorderliness. You should not look different from the believers. You should be identified as a holy minister.

Thought for the day: Homosexual and gay dresses are not for children of God.

Song for the day: Lord, prepare me, a sanctuary, pure and holy, right and true…

Bible reading for the day: Daniel 1-3

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
