TOPIC: TESTIMONY OF A STATE OVERSEER ON THE DIVINE SPIRITUAL ASSIGNMENT

TEXT: 2 PETER 1:5-11

KEY VERSE: 1 CORINTHIANS 11: 1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

My name is Pastor Patrick Ogbu. God inspired me to take this spiritual assignment seriously through the testimony of the International Director, Pastor Paul Rika, in his first message for the year 2022 concerning the record of his prayers and bible studies at a particular period of time.

I was challenged that if despite his busy schedule, he still kept record of his spiritual activities, then, I had no acceptable excuse before God to fail to do likewise so I decided to keep record of all my divine assignments with effect from January 2022.

BIBLE READING: I read the Bible three times, from Genesis to revelation in a year without commentary. However, I read Genesis to Deuteronomy with commentary. For the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

HOREMOW BOOKS: I read fifty-eight HOREMOW books and also repeated eight of them. Indeed, HOREMOW books are full of inspiration, knowledge and wisdom to equip Christians in preparation to make heaven. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 1 Timothy 4:13. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:2

PRAYER AND FASTING: The prayer assignment has helped me to be more prayerful and sensitive in the spirit. By the special grace of God, I prayed for one thousand eight hundred and fifteen hours in a year. I fasted about eighty days in a year. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Ephesians 6:18.

SOUL WINNING: The Lord helped me to win seven adults to Christ all abiding in HOREMOW.

Thought for the day: God's word and prayer is powerful.

Song for the day: Pray until something happens

Bible reading for the day: Daniel 4-5
#Horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
