WHY MANY YOUTHS ARE INFESTED WITH EVIL SPIRITS

God bless you for taking the time to study.

TOPIC: WHY MANY YOUTHS ARE INFESTED WITH EVIL SPIRITS

TEXT: GENESIS 3: 1-13

MONDAY MARCH 20th

Key verse: “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” 2 Corinthians 11: 3
Evil spirits are angelic entities who oppose God’s sovereign control. They seek to work out their unholy rebellion by influencing people to live in a way contrary to God’s expressed intentions. At the same time, they remain under God’s sovereignty and can be used by Him to carry out divine plans. As youths, you are to submit yourselves to God and resist the attacks of Satan and his hosts, and draw near to God (James 4:7). To do so, we must be aware of the basic truths presented in the scripture, that is their methods as they attempt to influence people’s lives. Once more as a youth you are to take your stand in Christ and oppose the infestation of evil spirits.
Here are some of their activities as their name implies:
(1). They seek to influence people or Christians through false doctrines or teachings (1 Timothy 4:1; 1 John 4:1-4) as well as false miracles and wonders (2 Thessalonians 2:7-11; Revelation. 16:14).
(2). Evil spirits rubbed a young boy of his speech (Mark 9:17; 9:25), rendered a man mute (Matthew. 9:33), and also affected the back of an elderly woman.
(3). They rendered someone unclean as their name implies (Mark 1:23; 5:2)
(4). They pretend to be friendly to deceive people (2 Corinthians 11:14-15).
(5). They blind the minds of people. They lead people astray from the truth
(7). They lead people astray through the pursuit of pleasure or sensual gratification.

Thought for the day: Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth.

Song for the day: It’s only You Jesus, it’s only You

Bible reading for the day: Joshua 1-3; Luke 1:57-80

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
