REHABILITATION OF THE HEAVEN AND EARTH

God bless you for taking the time to study.

REHABILITATION OF THE HEAVEN AND EARTH

Text: Revelation 21:1-7

FRIDAY MARCH 10th

Key verse: Isaiah 66:22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD so shall your seed and your name remain”.
The earth is under a curse; the devil and fallen angels operate on the earth and atmospheric heavens which are polluted by their activities. Believers groan under the harsh conditions of the earth. They look forward to new heavens and a new earth wherein dwells righteousness. After the final judgment of sinners, God’s divine plan is to replace this polluted earth and atmospheric heavens with a new earth and heaven that will match His glory, holiness, and righteousness. This explains what shall become of the present earth and heavens. All that we may call beautiful edifices and empires today will melt away in fervent heat.
The glories of men and all the so-called “wonders” of the world shall not stand this fervent heat. Herein is wisdom: believers should lay up their treasures in heaven, not earth where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. This new creation is entirely free from sin and therefore the consequences and effects of sin are absent. Here there is no death, sorrow, pain, tears, or separation from God. As God created the present heavens and earth, so will He create the new heavens and a new earth-new in quality and in time.
The eternal heaven will have New Jerusalem as its capital. This is the capital of the eternal state called the “Bride” because of its virgin beauty unstained with sin. Here Christ and all saints, from all ages will reside forevermore. Indeed, all things will be new. This is the eternal destiny of the saints from all ages, this is the place Jesus spoke about “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also”. (John 14:3). This holy city is material and not mystical. This is a city without any temple; the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temples of it. Words are insufficient to describe this new creation.

Thought for the day: We should not miss this glorious city.

Song for the day: When the saints, when the saints are marching in…

Bible reading for the day: Deuteronomy 11-13; Mark 13:1-13

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
