WISDOM INSPIRES YOU TO OBEDIENCE

FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD REMAIN BLESSED.

DATE: MONDAY APRIL 19
TOPIC: WISDOM INSPIRES YOU TO OBEDIENCE
TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 18: 14-16
14 And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways, and the Lord was with him.
15 Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him.
16 But all Israel and Judah loved David because he went out and came in before them.
KEY VERSE: Job 28: 28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.
The devil brings many things on the way of the righteous. There are many snares on the path of the righteous to catch them, to lead them to tell lies, or to evil associations and various forms of compromise and sins.
When you notice that there is sin attached to obtaining your desired goal, either in getting a contract or employment, or gaining any form of favour or advantage, and you determine not to compromise but rather to obey the word of God, that is your wisdom.
When you choose to forfeit that money or opportunity so that you remain righteous, even the devil will acknowledge that you are wise. Witches and wizards that have set various traps to capture you will marvel at your wisdom when you evade all their traps by obedience to the word of God.
There was a particular case of two boys that were brought to me for deliverance and prayers, and they confessed that any time they wanted to go out for witchcraft, they stirred their mother into anger to weaken her spirit, and weaken the presence of the Lord in the house, thereby making the spiritual atmosphere conducive for them to fly out for a meeting. Suppose you are that woman and with all the efforts the children make to annoy you, you keep on laughing!
Maybe one of the boys just deliberately kicks a container of water and splashes water in the room, but instead of flaring up you do the opposite....”Oh! Sorry, my son. Hope you are not hurt by that bucket?” If you remain peaceful even when they abuse you, it will frustrate their plans and preserve your righteousness. That will be your wisdom.
Wisdom is the ability to understand human behaviour and know what to say or do and what not to say and do. All the godly and righteous are wise relatively towards Satan, evil and evil men, death and hell. Oh God, fill the leaders and workers of the Holiness Revival Movement with wisdom to do this work more easily and carry holy people to heaven.
Thought for the day: Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom
Song for the day: I am getting wiser, wiser, wiser everyday.....
Bible reading for the day: 1 Samuel 27-29;
Luke 17:1-19. #Horemow

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
