GET SAVED BEFORE YOU EVANGELIZE OTHERS

REMAIN BLESSED FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD AMEN.

DATE: SUNDAY 27TH FEBRUARY

TOPIC: GET SAVED BEFORE YOU EVANGELIZE OTHERS

TEXT: MATTHEW 7:3-5

Key verse: Matthew 28:19:20
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I Am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

All Christians are to lift Jesus among all men to win souls to Christ. Lifting could be every day and everywhere without fear. Evangelism done should aim at inviting people to Jesus Christ and not to any denomination.

As an evangelist, ensure that you are truly born again. Requirements for fruitful evangelism can be seen below:

1- Have a passion for God and His work: Let your Christian service be driven by the love you have for Jesus and His work. (Colossians 3:23)

2- Have compassion for sinners: Pity those you see in sin; let their sins attract your attention and do your best to help them get to know the truth because many around you are idol worshipers. (John 3:16)

3- Prayer: As an evangelist who wants his or her evangelism to be fruitful, prayers should be part of his/her life; seek God's guidance. (Philippians 4:6-7)

4- Wisdom is paramount: Without wisdom, you will not be able to know how to handle some issues regarding evangelism. You will work tirelessly but fruitlessly without wisdom. (James 1:5)

5- Boldness and Courage: With too much fear and being conscious of everything that might happen to you, you will not be able to evangelize. Ask for the Spirit that was put in Paul, Daniel and Moses. (Joshua 1:9).

6- Be mindful of ignorant churchgoers and nominal Christians: Many claims to be born again but with no knowledge of the word of God. (Matthew 7:21-23)

7- Learn the word of God: You cannot tell people about something or someone you has not understood. (Joshua 1:8)

Brethren, examine yourself. Do the necessary amendments and then evangelize for Jesus. Bear what will make your evangelism fruitful and ask the Holy Spirit to always guide you.

Thought for the day: Evangelize and put a smile on Jesus

Song for the day: Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere

Bible reading for the day: Numbers 18-20;
Mark 7:1-13.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
