TOPIC: YOUR FAITH SHOULD BE IN JESUS AND NOT ON PHYSICAL SUBSTANCES

TEXT: GALATIANS 1:6-9 

Key Verse: Mark 16:17- And these signs shall follow them that believe; in My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 

Miracles through anointed handkerchiefs, aprons, and other physical objects practiced by many churches and ministers today have adverse effect on the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Faith is a key factor in the Christian religion. This practice works against true faith in God in the heart of men and shifts the faith of worshipers and seekers of divine blessings from God to these physical substances. 

Men see that it is now the physical objects; like the handkerchiefs, aprons,  water, beads, stickers, anointing oil and mantles, that matter; and not the word of God, the name of Jesus or the blood of Jesus anymore. 

To them, the anointed handkerchiefs, aprons or whatsoever physical objects promoted carry the power that is in the name of Jesus, the power of the word of God, and of the Blood of Jesus. 

This, then, is another gospel and conveys another spirit which is not the Spirit of Christianity. The curse of God rests on those who preach this strange gospel by word or practice. 

Galatians 1:6-9

6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

The handkerchiefs and aprons that are spreading in Christendom are strange to the New Testament Church era. If you look at the Epistles, you will not see them; except as recorded in Acts of the Apostles. 

But now that they have multiplied the holy water, the aprons, the oil, candles, and the handkerchiefs etc… as the focus of the people of God in various denominations, it shows that another spirit has taken over. 

All ministers of all ranks and categories that preach and promote these things are under divine curse for shifting the people's eyes from Jesus to physical objects otherwise known as mantles.
